Atlas Copco in Thailand is headquartered in Chachongsao, and provides high quality compressors, power tools and construction & mining equipment, as well as service plans, through its four business areas: Compressor Technique, Industrial Technique, Power Equipment and Mining & Rock Excavation.
Atlas Copco Thailand Milestone
In 1998, we started operating under a joint venture company in Thailand. We transfer Atlas Copco Business from DKSH Thailand to be under Atlas Copco – DKSH Company Limited.
In 2003 Atlas Copco bought out DKSH to become Atlas Copco Thailand Limited and started Atlas Copco Service Company for aftermarket & rental business.
In 2004, Atlas Copco Thailand cerebrated the laying of the traditional foundation stone and first pole for the new Atlas Copco building.
In 2007, we received our foreign business license and transferred our service business to Atlas Copco Thailand and liquidated Atlas Copco Service.
In 2011, we has been certified BOI license and started operations in Myanmar since 2012.
Today, we employ around 266 people in Thailand, of which more than half are field-based, close to our customers.
